Turkish Companies’ Interest in Chinese Real Estate Exhibitions
The recent period in Turkey has witnessed widespread interest of the Chinese in the Turkish market in various industrial, commercial, real estate and many other areas. Where there are more than 1000 Chinese companies operating in Turkey at the present time and about 8000 Chinese working in Turkey.
Chinese investment in Turkey increased significantly, in parallel with the increasing cooperation of the countries’ governments.
The Chinese investment in Turkey is witnessing a big increase, as the total of Chinese investments in Turkey last year reached 2.8 billion $, in addition to the 15 billion $ invested between 2005 and 2018.
It is expected that Chinese investment in Turkey will increase according to what China aims to, as it aims to increase its investments with Turkey with an annual amount of 6 billion dollars in 2021.
The Chinese are investing in all sectors, including energy, cars, banking and telecommunications.

It presented huge real estate projects in Turkey and tried to attract the attention of the major investors present at the exhibition. As the Chinese have shown interest in the Turkish market, many Turkish companies are racing to attract Chinese investors to their projects.
