Founder & General Manager, CCT Investments
Cenan Can Tekin founded CCT Investments in Istanbul in 2014 and runs it today. He advises international buyers on property in Turkey — from choosing a project to the title deed, Turkish citizenship, letting and, later, resale.
Cenan holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a joint master's degree in management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Politecnico di Milano and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He has been working since 2008 and in real estate since 2012, and founded CCT Investments in 2014.
Over his career he has personally handled more than 500 property purchases for international buyers and guided more than 100 investors through Turkish citizenship by real estate investment. At CCT he works directly with the developers whose projects the company markets, and stays with clients after the purchase — managing and letting their property and, when the time comes, selling it.
