Do buyers pay a commission to CCT Investments?
Not when you buy a new property from a developer we work with: our marketing fee is paid by the developer, and you buy at the same price and conditions as any other buyer. For resale properties bought from individuals, a service fee of 2% + VAT applies, as explained in our Buyer Guide.
Does CCT Investments help with Turkish citizenship?
