This makes Etiler only 10 minutes away from the Asian side of Istanbul. Subway stations have already reached to Etiler also as an extension from Levent area. Overall it can be said that Etiler has the perfect location for private and public transportations at the same time.
Etiler is an area where the oldest residential compounds can be found, the concept of the residential and commercial complexes initially started in Etiler. With large green landscapes, social facilities and 24/7 security, properties in Etiler became the most unique properties in the city before this concept started to spread all around Istanbul. However almost all of the properties located in this area are quite old, they are older than 25 years, and most of these properties will be demolished and rebuilt in the future sooner or later to comply with anti-earthquakes criteria for the new construction in Istanbul.
