CCT 577 Ciftci Towers Project

Ciftci Towers is a pair of 45-floor residential towers at the Zincirlikuyu junction in Besiktas, on the European side of Istanbul. The project stands on Barbaros Boulevard in the Nisbetiye neighborhood, in the triangle formed by Maslak, Mecidiyekoy and Besiktas at the center of the city's business and financial district. It was designed by John McAslan + Partners with structural engineering by Arup, and Turkerler Holding, which built the towers, now sells the residences under the name Turkerler Ciftci Towers.

The towers are finished. The developer says residents have moved in, and it offers the remaining apartments ready for immediate handover together with the title deed.

Each tower is 196 m tall, with 45 floors above ground over 10 underground floors of parking for about 2,500 cars. The project stands on a plot of about 25,000 sqm, with a total construction area of 292,000 sqm, and according to the developer the two towers hold 300 residences. The apartments currently offered are 2+1, 3+1 and 4.5+1 homes of about 158 to 349 sqm gross. Ceilings are 3.15 m high, every apartment has its own storage unit, the larger plans include a maid's room and a study, and kitchens come with built-in Miele appliances. A smart home system is part of the specification.

Residents share about 1,000 sqm of indoor and outdoor social facilities: an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center with a Pilates studio, a sauna, steam room, hamam and massage rooms, and a 400 m running track among the landscaped areas that link the two towers. Each tower has a helipad on its roof, and the lobby offers concierge, valet parking, residence services and technical support.

The podium beneath the towers contains Mahall Istanbul, Turkerler's shopping center with about 40,000 sqm of leasable space for around 200 shops and restaurants and its own car park. From the upper floors the apartments look out over the Bosphorus, its bridges and the Historic Peninsula, which the developer describes as a 360-degree panorama of Istanbul.

The developer puts the Zincirlikuyu metrobus stop and Gayrettepe metro station within walking distance, less than 1 km away; in a straight line they are about 400 m and 500 m from the towers. Gayrettepe is served by the M2 line through Taksim, Levent and Maslak and by the M11 line to Istanbul Airport, which is about 37 km away by road. According to the developer, the Fatih Sultan Mehmet and July 15 Martyrs bridges and the TEM motorway are about 5 minutes away, Levent is under 1 km away and Taksim under 6 km.
