Avrupa Konutlari Ata is a residential complex with street-front shops in the Atakent area of Kucukcekmece, on the European side of Istanbul. It lies in Ataturk Mahallesi, on Sehit Er Necati Ozgel Sokak, in a block bounded by Guner Sokak, Beytepe Sokak and Ikitelli Caddesi. The developer describes the site as being on one of Atakent's busiest streets, within walking distance of the ArenaPark shopping and entertainment center.

The project is built by Artas Insaat of Artas Holding, the company behind the Avrupa Konutlari brand, which has been building in Atakent since 2006. It stands on a plot of about 30,000 sqm, and the project website gives a construction area of about 100,000 sqm. There are 413 apartments in five residential blocks, which rise from ground plus 12 floors to ground plus 14 floors over one to three basement levels. Three low-rise commercial buildings on the Ikitelli Caddesi side hold the project's shops.

Artas announced in March 2024 that handovers at Avrupa Konutlari Ata would begin in autumn 2024. The developer's recent photos show a finished sample apartment, with built-in kitchen appliances and fitted wardrobes, and the completed indoor pool, gym and changing rooms of the social facility.

The apartments range from 1+1 to 4+1. By the developer's floor plans, the 1+1 apartments have about 47 to 50 sqm of net area (about 74 to 79 sqm gross), the 2+1 apartments about 74 to 95 sqm net (114 to 165 sqm gross), the 3+1 apartments about 106 to 109 sqm net (163 to 168 sqm gross) and the 4+1 apartments about 136 to 139 sqm net (201 to 212 sqm gross). Every 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 layout has two bathrooms, one of them en suite to the main bedroom, and the 4+1 layouts add a laundry room. Several types on the lower levels, and a 4+1 on the top floor of Block 2, come with a terrace and an allocated outdoor area instead of a balcony.

A large landscaped garden fills the space between the blocks, with reflecting pools, a pond crossed by a footbridge, walking paths, pergolas and a children's playground, and many lower-floor homes open onto gardens or verandas. The social facility has an indoor swimming pool, a gym and spa areas, and the developer's images also show an outdoor pool. The site has a gated entrance and 24-hour security. Next to it, the site plan shows a public park with football and basketball pitches and walking and running tracks, along with land set aside for a primary school, a nursery and a mosque.

Bahariye station on the M9 Atakoy-Olimpiyat metro line is on Guner Sokak, at the northern edge of the site, about 450 m from its center on the map. The developer's map also shows Mall of Istanbul, 212 Istanbul and ArenaPark shopping centers and Acibadem and Mehmet Akif Ersoy hospitals in the surrounding area, and the developer points to the E-5 (D-100) and TEM highways as being close by. Istanbul Airport is about 35 km away by road.
