Avrupa Residence Oryapark is a residential tower project in Umraniye, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is going up on Kucuksu Caddesi in Inkilap Mahallesi, in the area the developer calls Yamanevler, on a block also bounded by Dr. Adnan Buyukdeniz Caddesi and Ahmet Tevfik Ileri Caddesi, right next to the existing Oryapark towers and close to the Kucuksu junction of the Sile highway. The developer gives the address as Kucuksu Caddesi No: 60.

The project is built by Artas Insaat of Artas Holding and sold under the group's Avrupa Konutlari brand; the catalogue names Oryatas Insaat as the project company. Avrupa Residence Oryapark has two residential blocks of 22 and 34 stories, each over a ground floor and three basement levels, with 317 apartments in total, plus a limited number of offices and street-front shops. A social facility building stands between the two blocks, and landscaped gardens run along the front of the site. The developer does not give the land area.

The project is under construction. The developer started sales in December 2025, and handover is planned for 2026.

The apartments are 1+1 and 2+1 units, and every plan has a balcony. By the developer's plans and sales list, the 1+1 apartments measure about 75 to 86 sqm as sales areas that include a share of the common areas, with about 44 to 49 sqm of net floor space; a few 1+1 units on the first floor of block 2 add an open terrace of 13 to 20 sqm. The 2+1 apartments come in two groups: open-plan units of about 90 to 116 sqm with the kitchen in the living room, and larger units of about 136 to 151 sqm with a separate kitchen and about 84 to 88 sqm of net space. Most 2+1 plans have an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom as well as a second bathroom, while the smaller 2+1 types in block 2 have one bathroom. The developer says sea views are available on the higher floors.

For residents, the project has an indoor swimming pool that can be used all year, a landscaped courtyard garden with water features and seating, and a covered underground car park with direct access to the blocks. Shops and cafe terraces line the street level of the project.

The developer says the Yamanevler and Cakmak stations of the M5 Uskudar-Samandira metro line are within walking distance; Yamanevler station is about 750 m away in a straight line. The developer's catalogue puts Carsi metro station and the TEM motorway about 1 km away, Bahcesehir College's Umraniye campus 0.42 km, Umraniye Training and Research Hospital 0.58 km, Hisar Hospital 0.74 km, Canpark shopping mall 0.8 km, Medipol University Camlica Hospital 6 km, the 15 July Martyrs Bridge 6 km and the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge 7 km. Sabiha Gokcen Airport is about 40 km by road, around 30 minutes outside rush hour, and Istanbul Airport about 53 km.
