Polat Fulya is a residential project by Polat Insaat in the Fulya area of Besiktas, on the European side of Istanbul. The developer gives its address as Yesilcimen Sokak in the Dikilitas neighborhood, on the Besiktas side of the border with Sisli, between Nisantasi, Mecidiyekoy and Besiktas. Polat Insaat was founded in 1955 by Ibrahim Polat as a contracting firm and is part of the Ibrahim Polat Holding group.

Construction is under way and a show apartment has been finished. Handover is expected at the end of 2026.

The project has 124 apartments in two blocks, A and B. In each block the homes run from a garden floor beneath the ground floor up to the ninth floor, and the top of each block holds four two-level penthouses with roof terraces of about 34 to 44 sqm. Plans range from 1+1 apartments of about 62 to 90 sqm gross through 2+1 and 3+1 homes to 4+1 and 5+1 duplexes of about 275 to 334 sqm. The 2+1 and larger homes have an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, and the garden-floor apartments open onto private terraces.

Between the two blocks lies a landscaped garden with an outdoor swimming pool, and the developer also mentions green social areas and children's playgrounds. Along the street, the project has a row of shops under a covered walkway. According to the developer, the site has round-the-clock security and security cameras, and it is enclosed by walls with two secured entrances.

In the show apartment the floors are wood in the living areas and bedrooms and large stone-look tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has built-in appliances, including an oven, an induction hob and a dishwasher, and the bathrooms have wall-hung toilets and glass shower enclosures.

According to the developer, Fulya metro station is 750 m away, Acibadem Fulya Hospital 30 m, Ihlamur Pavilion 500 m, Cevahir shopping mall 1.5 km, Yildiz Park 1.75 km, Besiktas square and pier 2 km and Zorlu Center 2.5 km. The developer puts the E-5 highway 1.5 km and the TEM motorway 8 km away, with the 15 July Martyrs Bridge to the Asian side close by. Istanbul Airport is about 39 km away by road.
