Forev Tem Istanbul is a residential project by Forev Yapi, an Istanbul developer that says it has 25 years of experience in construction and urban renewal. It stands in the Mevlana neighborhood of Gaziosmanpasa on the European side of Istanbul, on Hizirefendi Caddesi right beside the TEM motorway, where the Gaziosmanpasa interchange links the district to the city's main road network.

The project has two residential blocks on a plot of 4,500 sqm, with a total construction area of about 20,000 sqm according to the developer. In all there are 147 apartments and 7 commercial units; the renderings show the commercial units as a row of shops and cafes along the street front, below a planted podium. About 3,250 sqm of the site is set aside for gardens and landscaping. Forev Yapi lists Forev Tem Istanbul among its ongoing projects, and handover is planned for December 30, 2027.

Homes range from 1+1 to 3+1. According to the developer's sales list, the 1+1 apartments measure 56.77 sqm gross, the 2+1 apartments 77.64 to 128.68 sqm and the 3+1 apartments 112.80 to 150.50 sqm. The floor plans, which repeat in both blocks, show an open-plan kitchen in the 1+1 and the smallest 2+1 and a separate kitchen in the larger layouts. The larger 2+1 and all of the 3+1 apartments have an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, most layouts have a balcony, and the largest 3+1 plan adds a laundry room. The catalogue mentions large windows, video intercoms and energy-efficient building systems.

According to the developer, the landscaped grounds have walking paths, a children's playground and decorative pools, and residents have a fitness center, indoor parking with a license plate recognition system, electric vehicle charging stations and 24/7 security. The catalogue also describes solar panels that supply energy for the common areas and a rainwater harvesting system that waters the gardens.

The developer puts the TEM motorway about 1 minute away, a school and a park 1 minute, the metro 2 minutes, the Vega shopping mall 5 minutes, the ring road 7 minutes, Vadi Istanbul 10 minutes, Istinye Park 16 minutes, Mall of Istanbul 18 minutes and Istanbul Airport 25 minutes. The nearest metro station is Kazim Karabekir on the M7 line between Mahmutbey and Kabatas, about half a kilometer to the south. Istanbul Airport is about 34 km away by road.
