RAMS Park House Maslak is a residential project with a shopping arcade in Maslak, Sariyer, on the European side of Istanbul. The developer gives its address as Tasyoncasi Sokak in Maslak Mahallesi. The site is a long, narrow strip at the western edge of the Maslak business district, between the houses of Ayazaga and the wooded valley of the Ayazaga stream, close to Beykent University's Ayazaga-Maslak campus. The developer places it between Istinye Park and Vadistanbul, with quick access to the TEM motorway and Buyukdere Caddesi and four separate entrances and exits.

The project is built by RAMS Turkiye, part of the RAMS group, which says it has worked since 1988 in construction, healthcare, tourism and other sectors. Its other Istanbul projects include RAMS Garden Bahcelievler, RAMS City Halic and ETRO Residences Istanbul. In statements to the press in August 2026, RAMS described RAMS Park House Maslak as an urban renewal project for the Ayazaga area.

RAMS Park House Maslak has 10 blocks with 24 floors above ground, about 120 m high, and each block has its own facade design. The total construction area is 409,000 sqm, including about 100,000 sqm of indoor parking with a semi-automated parking system. RAMS told the press in August 2026 that the project will have about 3,000 independent units, and the developer's website puts the shopping arcade at about 10,900 sqm. According to the developer, the blocks are designed as high-rise buildings under the 2018 Turkish earthquake code, with C40 to C50 concrete, S420 reinforcing steel and foundations of C35 concrete.

The project is under construction. Sales opened in December 2025, and the developer's price list, its website and its statements to the press in August 2026 all give December 2027 as the delivery date, so handover is planned for December 2027.

The apartments range from 1+1 to 4+1. By the developer's floor plans, the gross areas, which include a share of the common areas, are about 53 to 71 sqm for 1+1 apartments, 94 to 143 sqm for 2+1, 165 to 182 sqm for 3+1 and 221 sqm for 4+1. Net living space runs from about 35 sqm in the compact 1+1 XS type and 46 sqm in a standard 1+1 to 61 to 93 sqm for 2+1, 108 to 119 sqm for 3+1 and 145 sqm for 4+1. The 1+1 and the smaller 2+1 layouts have the kitchen open to the living room, while the largest 2+1 and all 3+1 and 4+1 layouts have a separate kitchen, an en-suite master bathroom and a storage room. Every plan in the developer's set has at least one balcony, and the developer also mentions homes with terraces or private gardens. The developer's website lists a smart home system.

Residents will have two social facility areas of about 1,500 sqm each, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools for use in every season. The developer lists a fitness center, pilates and yoga studios, a boxing club, a spa with a Turkish bath, sauna and steam room, a cinema room, a PlayStation room, an art workshop, co-working spaces, guest rooms, a children's playroom and a nursery, and its website and press statements add a sky pool, a sky terrace and an on-site clinic. Outdoors there are landscaped gardens along a water channel, walking and cycling paths, rest terraces, a basketball court and children's playgrounds. The shopping arcade is planned for boutique shops, cafes, markets, pharmacies and hairdressers. The developer's website promises 24-hour security with camera monitoring and controlled entrances.

The developer's location map puts a bus stop 240 m away, Beykent University 260 m, ITU-Ayazaga station on the M2 metro line 2 km, ETRO Residences Istanbul 2.5 km, Liv Hospital 2.6 km, the Vadistanbul shopping mall 3 km, Acibadem Maslak Hospital 3.5 km and RAMS Park stadium 4.2 km. Istanbul Airport is about 33 km by road.
