Maslak Dream is a residential tower with commercial units at street level in Ayazaga, in the Sariyer district on the European side of Istanbul. The developer places it on the Maslak-Ayazaga corridor at the western edge of the Maslak business district. It describes Ayazaga as a calmer, more orderly neighborhood next to Maslak's offices, universities and main roads, with the green ITU campus nearby. By the developer's figures, Beykent University's Ayazaga-Maslak campus is about 500 meters away.

The project is developed by YU Group, which put it on the market in 2023. YU Group presents Maslak Dream as a boutique residence with a limited number of homes, set against the large complexes around Maslak, and plans reception and concierge services for residents.

Maslak Dream is a single block about 65 meters high, with 160 independent units in total and a total construction area of 15,797 sqm. Cafes and restaurants are planned at street level in an arcade the developer calls Maslak Dream Carsi. According to the developer, the building was designed to high-rise standards under Turkey's 2018 Earthquake Regulation, on ground classed as ZC and to design class DTS=1, with a reinforced concrete shear-wall structure built with C40 concrete and B420C reinforcing steel.

The developer says the title deed has been issued and construction is under way. Handover is planned for June 2027.

The current price list covers 1+1 and 2+1 apartments and commercial units. The catalogue shows nine 1+1 plans in four layout families, with gross sale areas from 74.61 to 82.50 sqm and net areas of about 41.5 to 43.7 sqm without balconies. Each has an entrance hall, an open living room with kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and either one balcony of about 5 to 7 sqm or two small balconies. The price list adds a 2+1 apartment of 119 sqm. Kitchens come with a built-in cooktop, oven, dishwasher, range hood and microwave, and the apartments have central VRF air conditioning and heating and a smart home system. The developer mentions forest and city views.

Shared facilities center on the rooftop, which has an infinity pool and a lounge terrace with city views. The building also has a fitness center, pilates and yoga studios, a sauna, a PlayStation room, a children's playground and kids' club, and 24-hour security. Residents get private covered parking, and there is open guest parking with valet service.

The developer says Maslak Dream is next to the planned Ayazaga station of the Istinye-Kagithane metro line, which it describes as under construction. It puts the TEM (E-80) motorway and Seyrantepe metro station about 2 km away, the ITU-Ayazaga station of the M2 metro about 2.8 km, MEF University and Volkswagen Arena about 1.3 km, UNIQ Istanbul 1.4 km, Vadistanbul 2.9 km, Liv Hospital 3.2 km, Istinye Park 3.9 km, Acibadem Maslak Hospital 4.9 km and Istanbul Airport about 32 km.
