Buyukyali Istanbul is a seafront neighborhood on the Kazlicesme coast in Zeytinburnu, on the European side of Istanbul, developed by a partnership of Ozak GYO, Ziylan Gayrimenkul and Yenigun Insaat. It is built on 111 donums (about 111,000 sqm) of land where the historic city walls reach the sea, and was designed by the architecture firm Chapman Taylor as four neighborhoods with squares, gardens and restored historic buildings. Handovers of the first apartments began in 2019.

The project has 1,540 homes in 15 blocks, together with 59 shops and market units. Homes come in three concepts: Limited, the main apartments; FENDI Casa, apartments finished and furnished by the Italian design brand; and 23 two-story lofts inside Fisekhane, a 180-meter-long building from 1881 that was restored with its original walls and wooden roof trusses kept in place. Homes for sale today range from 2+1 to 4+1, plus the lofts. The developer notes that sea-view apartments are available, with panoramic views especially on the higher floors facing the shore.

Buyukyali Club, with spaces in each of the four neighborhoods, has a hamam, sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor pools and tennis, along with sports and art programs for children and adults. The FENDI Casa block has its own rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Marmara, the Bosphorus and the Historical Peninsula. Fisekhane, at the center of the project, hosts exhibitions by the Contemporary Istanbul Foundation, concerts, plays and film screenings, with restaurants and shops around it. There is also an organic market open around the clock, a kindergarten, playgrounds, a 24/7 concierge service, and landscaped courtyards with trees more than 100 years old. Car traffic runs underground, leaving the squares and gardens to pedestrians.

A footbridge open only to residents connects Buyukyali directly to the coastal road and the seaside path, and residents can walk across it to the pier in about a minute. The sales office is about 500 meters on foot from Zeytinburnu Marmaray station, and the Eurasia Tunnel, the E-5 and TEM highways and the IDO ferry piers at Bakirkoy and Yenikapi are close by. The developer places the project in the center of Istanbul, next to the Historical Peninsula.
