Description
Evinpark Kemerburgaz is a completed residential project in Kemerburgaz, in the Mithatpasa neighborhood of Istanbul's Eyupsultan district on the European side. The building stands on a street corner at the edge of the Kemerburgaz woods, and its inner courtyard opens toward the trees.
The project was built by Sefa Insaat. It consists of three connected blocks arranged in a U shape around a private courtyard, with 152 apartments in total. The developer describes the blocks as five floors high; the floor plans also show apartments on two lower-ground levels, many of them with private gardens or terraces, and duplex apartments on the top floor.
Construction is complete. The developer gave August 2022 as the delivery date and states that title deeds are ready, so the apartments are ready to move into.
Across the project, layouts range from 1+1 to 5+1, including 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 duplexes. The apartments the developer currently offers are 2+1 units of about 126 to 255 sqm gross and 4+1 duplexes of about 206 to 228 sqm gross. Most of the 2+1 units have an en-suite bathroom besides the main bathroom, garden-floor units come with private gardens of up to about 76 sqm, and the duplexes have their living areas downstairs and most of their bedrooms and a terrace upstairs.
The courtyard holds an outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck, landscaped gardens with seating areas and a children's play area. The developer also lists a gym, a sauna and a Turkish bath.
Kemerburgaz station on the M11 Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport metro line is about 900 m away on foot, and the developer puts the nearest bus stop about five minutes' walk away. The developer also puts the E80 (TEM) highway about 5 minutes away by car, Kemer Country Club and Vadi Istanbul about 10 minutes, Zincirlikuyu about 15 minutes, and Taksim Square and the Bosphorus about 20 minutes. Istanbul Airport is about 22 km away by road; the developer gives 15 minutes.
