Luxera Towers is a mixed-use project of two residential towers above a shopping mall on Basin Ekspres road, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands in the Baglar neighborhood of Bagcilar, at Kocman Caddesi No. 69, where Kocman Caddesi meets Basin Ekspres road in the Gunesli area. This busy business and residential corridor links the TEM motorway in the north with the E-5 highway in the south.

The developer is Luxera GYO, a real estate investment company listed on Borsa Istanbul since March 2026. It has completed several projects in the area, including Luxera Meydan at Mahmutbey. Luxera Towers is being built on a flat-for-land basis with the landowners. The site covers about 16,350 sqm and the total construction area is about 83,200 sqm. In its 2026 report the developer describes the two towers as 28 storeys high. They rise from a stepped podium that holds 87 commercial units, and together they contain 369 apartments.

Construction started in the third quarter of 2022. In its report for the first half of 2026, the developer lists Luxera Towers among its projects still under construction, with completion planned for 2026.

The apartments range from 1+1 to 4+1. The developer's floor plans and price list give saleable (gross) areas of about 66 to 91 sqm for 1+1 apartments, 101 to 177 sqm for 2+1 apartments, 182 to 312 sqm for 3+1 apartments and 293 to 299 sqm for 4+1 apartments. These gross figures include a share of the common areas, so net areas are much smaller: for example, the 76 sqm 1+1 Type A1 has 42 sqm net and the 182 sqm 3+1 Type C1 has 100 sqm net. The 1+1 apartments have an open-plan living room and kitchen, and every 2+1 and larger apartment has a master bedroom with its own bathroom. Some apartments on the podium have large terraces and private gardens of about 120 to 170 sqm, and the plans for the 3+1 duplex and the 4+1 apartment show terraces of about 47 sqm. The developer says the upper floors have panoramic views over Istanbul and the Sea of Marmara.

The lower levels hold a street-style shopping mall with shops, restaurants and cafes, and the residents' facilities are on the podium above it. According to the developer, they include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a sauna, a steam room, a Turkish bath, a massage room, a games room, a meeting room, a terrace for gatherings, children's play gardens, and football, tennis and basketball courts. The project also has a car park and 24-hour security, and each apartment has its own balcony or terrace.

Luxera Towers stands directly on Basin Ekspres road. The nearest metro station is Mimar Sinan on the M9 Atakoy-Olimpiyat line, a few hundred meters to the southeast; the developer puts the metro about 200 meters away. The developer also puts the TEM motorway about 5 minutes away and the E-5 highway about 4 km away. Istanbul Airport is about 35 km away by road, which the developer gives as about 30 minutes' drive.
