Venara Gunesli is a residential project with shops in the Gunesli area of Bagcilar, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on Osmanpasa Caddesi in the Baglar neighborhood, next to Mimar Sinan station on the M9 metro line and within easy reach of the Basin Ekspres road, the E-5 and the TEM motorway.

The project is developed by Inas Yapi, the company behind the Venara projects and part of the Ozen Group, which also runs the Onur Market supermarket chain. According to the catalogue, Inas Yapi builds Venara Gunesli together with the Conoglu Group of Companies. The developer says the buildings stand on bored piles and a raft foundation laid after a ground survey, use C40 concrete and follow the latest earthquake regulations.

Venara Gunesli has 211 apartments and 12 commercial units in two blocks. The shops, about 4,000 sqm in total according to the developer, sit at the entrance of the site, and a covered car park holds 252 cars. The developer's catalogue describes the towers as rising, and neither the catalogue nor the developer's website gives a handover date.

The apartments come as 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 layouts. The two 1+1 types in Block A measure 70.46 and 74.78 sqm gross (46.97 and 49.85 sqm net) and have one bathroom. The 2+1 apartments come in five layouts from 108.63 to 123.39 sqm gross, each with a second bathroom off the master bedroom. The 3+1 apartments in Block B measure 151 sqm gross (100.61 sqm net), with two bathrooms and a separate WC. Every apartment has a balcony.

Residents get an indoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a fitness center. Outdoors there are landscaped lawns, gazebos, children's play areas and a basketball court. The site also has meeting rooms, restaurants and cafes among the shops, 24-hour security and electric car charging points in the car park.

The developer puts Mimar Sinan metro station about 50 meters away, roughly a one-minute walk, and notes that the line links with Marmaray and the Metrobus. Its location map lists Starcity mall about 2 km away, the 212 mall and Kuyumcukent about 4 km, Mall of Istanbul about 6.5 km, Istanbul Kultur University about 3 km, Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University about 3.8 km, Medipol Mega hospital about 6 km, the Istanbul Expo Center about 7 km and Istanbul Airport about 36 km.
