Mega Garden Park is a residential complex with street-front shops in Zeytinburnu, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on Prof. Dr. Aziz Ergin Caddesi in Veliefendi Mahallesi, between the street and the valley of the Cirpici stream. The developer says residents can walk from the site straight into Cirpici City Park, which it puts at about 350,000 sqm (about 500,000 sqm together with the park's first stage), with ponds, lawns, walking and cycling paths, picnic areas, sports pitches and playgrounds.

The project is developed by Mega Insaat, an Istanbul construction company that, by its own account, has more than 30 years in residential, office and commercial projects, mainly in Beykoz, Kagithane, Samandira and Sultanbeyli. The developer's catalog says Mega Garden Park is carried out by Sener Proje, an affiliate of Mega Insaat.

Mega Garden Park has 576 homes and 24 commercial units in four blocks, named A1, A2, B1 and B2, which stand in a row with landscaped gardens between them. The shops cover about 4,900 sqm in total. The developer's floor-by-floor plans for the B1 and B2 blocks show six shops of about 56 to 457 sqm on the ground floor of each block and 12 residential floors above, each with twelve apartments: six 1+1, five 2+1 and one 3+1. The developer's sales folder does not give a handover date, but it includes photos of a finished and furnished sample apartment.

The apartments range from 1+1 to 3+1. By the developer's floor plans of February 2024, the 1+1 apartments measure about 74 sqm gross (40 sqm net), the three 2+1 layouts about 122 to 130 sqm gross (59 to 71 sqm net) and the 3+1 apartments about 177 sqm gross (96 sqm net). The gross figures are the developer's areas for sale, which include a share of the common areas. The 1+1 and 2+1 layouts have the kitchen open to the living room, and every 2+1 has two bathrooms, one of them en suite to the main bedroom. The 3+1 has a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and a small laundry room. Every layout has a balcony, and the developer describes the apartments as high-ceilinged and bright.

The developer lists an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a sauna and a Turkish bath, children's playgrounds, an indoor car park, security with camera systems, walking paths and landscaped gardens. According to the developer, the ground-floor shops are meant for uses such as restaurants, cafes, markets, hairdressers, ATMs, dry cleaning, clothing and cosmetics.

The developer puts the D-100 (E-5) highway about 1.5 km away, the coastal road about 2 km, Zeytinburnu metro station about 2 km, Kazlicesme station on the Marmaray line about 1.5 km (about 2 km on the map) and the Eurasia Tunnel about 6 km. It puts the Marmara Forum shopping center about 650 m away, Veliefendi Hippodrome about 2 km, Zeyport Marina about 1.7 km and Atakoy Marina about 3.5 km, a Memorial hospital about 2.5 km, and the Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine and Istinye University about 4 km. Istanbul Airport is about 45 km away by road, and Sabiha Gokcen Airport about 47 km.
