Seba Casa is a residential project by Seba Insaat in Kagithane, on the European side of Istanbul. The developer gives its address as Ceyhun Sokak in the Merkez neighborhood, where the two blocks line the street between Zinnur Sokak and Selamet Sokak, a short walk north of Kagithane metro station. Seba Insaat is an Istanbul developer with a long list of completed housing projects in Istanbul and Bodrum, among them Seba Suites, also in Kagithane.

The project has two blocks, A and B, each with a row of shops on the ground floor and 11 residential floors above. Together they hold 144 apartments, 75 in block A and 69 in block B, and 14 shops, seven in each block, on a plot of 5,429 sqm according to the developer. Both towers are finished and the apartments are ready for handover; Seba Insaat still lists Seba Casa among its projects on sale. The apartments currently on offer are 2+1 and 3+1.

Most of the homes are 2+1 apartments (108 of them), alongside 30 1+1 apartments and six 3+1 apartments on the fifth to tenth floors of block B. Gross areas, which include a share of the common areas, run from about 58 to 64 sqm for the 1+1 apartments on the standard floors, about 91 to 141 sqm for the 2+1 apartments and about 140 to 151 sqm for the 3+1 apartments. The 11th floor of each block holds five apartments with large terraces of about 29 to 43 sqm; across the two blocks these are two 1+1 homes of about 117 and 119 sqm and eight 2+1 homes of about 126 to 160 sqm.

Every apartment has a terrace, from about 3 sqm on most standard floors to the large terraces on the top floor, and on some floors the 2+1 and 3+1 plans add a balcony. Some 2+1 layouts have an open-plan kitchen and others a separate kitchen, and all of the 2+1 and 3+1 apartments except one top-floor plan have a second, en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom.

According to the developer, residents have an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a children's playground, 24-hour security and indoor and outdoor parking. The renderings show a lounge beside the pool, a gym, an entrance lobby with a reception desk and a landscaped plaza between the two blocks, with the shops facing the street.

Kagithane station, where the M7 metro line meets the M11 line to Istanbul Airport, is about 700 m to the south; the developer puts the M11 platforms about 4 minutes and the M7 platforms about 5 minutes away. It gives the TEM motorway at 2 km, the Hasdal junction at 2.3 km and the 15 July Martyrs and Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridges at 6 and 7 km, and puts Axis shopping mall about 3 minutes, Vadistanbul 5 minutes, Levent 13 minutes, Taksim 15 minutes and Maslak 16 minutes away. Istanbul Kent University's Kagithane campus is close by, and the developer lists Memorial, Liv and Florence Nightingale hospitals within about 10 to 11 minutes. Istanbul Airport is about 31 km away by road.
