Tersane Istanbul is a mixed-use waterfront development on the historic Ottoman naval shipyards of the Golden Horn (Halic) in Beyoglu, on the European side of Istanbul. It takes in the former Camialti and Taskizak shipyards on the northern shore of the Golden Horn, in the Camiikebir neighborhood along Taskizak Tersanesi Caddesi, between Kasimpasa and Haskoy and next to the Ottoman-era Aynalikavak Pavilion. The shipyards were closed to the public for centuries, and the project turns them into a new neighborhood with a public waterfront of about 2 km.

The developer is FTG Development, and the Rixos Residences within the project are branded and serviced by Rixos. The masterplan is by Tabanlioglu Architects, and the waterfront public spaces were designed by DP Architects. According to the developer's catalogue, the site covers a total plot of 242,000 sqm with 150,000 sqm of open space and holds 660 apartments, four hotels with about 1,100 rooms, 20,000 sqm of offices, more than 270 shops and restaurants, two museums and two marinas for 140 yachts. The museums are the Sadberk Hanim Museum of the Vehbi Koc Foundation, which is moving into a restored 19th-century factory building, and a new Museum of Women's Culture. Because the shipyards are a protected heritage site, the architect explains that new buildings follow the volumes of the historic structures and a maximum height of 21 m.

The Rixos Tersane Istanbul hotel, the flagship of the development, opened in September 2024. The homes are sold in three residential zones. The developer's Rixos fact sheet plans completion and handover of block R3 of the Rixos Residences at the end of 2026, and the project's March 2026 announcement of its interior designers schedules the residential offering, including the Yali Apartments, for completion in 2027. No handover date is given for the Tersane Apartments.

The Rixos Tersane Istanbul Residences are the first Rixos-branded residences in Istanbul: fully furnished, serviced apartments in three blocks on the hillside above the Museum Plaza, near Aynalikavak Pavilion. They come in four types: 1-bedroom suites, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom family suites, and a limited number of 4-bedroom penthouses with large terraces on the upper floors. The Tersane Apartments are 198 homes in hillside blocks designed by Tabanlioglu Architects, from one-bedroom apartments to rooftop penthouses and duplexes with private gardens. The catalogue describes these blocks as reached through gardens with old trees, with a story height of 3.5 m, balconies or terraces for every home, and cafes and designer boutiques around courtyards on the lower levels. The Yali Apartments stand on the waterfront about 10 m from the water and are fully serviced and furnished. According to the catalogue, they look across the Golden Horn to the Old City, from Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia to Fener and the city walls. Their interiors are by 1508 London. The developer's website adds that each Yali apartment has two private entrances, that the zone also has three standalone villas at pier level, and that residents can use private marina berths. The developer's documents give no apartment sizes.

Rixos Residences owners have a residences lobby and lounge, a fitness center, an indoor pool, a rooftop pool with a pool bar, a spa, a walk-in saltwater pool on the beach and a courtyard with restaurants and cafes. Services include a 24-hour concierge, housekeeping, in-residence dining and catering. The blocks connect directly to a multilevel underground shopping center leading to the Museum Plaza and the Luxury Zone of fashion stores. Around the homes, the development has open-air shopping streets, a 2,000 sqm food hall, restaurants under the reconstructed iron roof of the Valide Slipway, an event hall in the old Torpedo Factory, a family entertainment area, an open-air theater on the Taskizak Slipway and a sea line station on the waterfront.

The developer puts Istiklal Avenue and Galataport about 10 minutes away by car, the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque about 20 minutes, Kalamis Marina about 40 minutes and Istanbul Airport about 45 minutes. Its catalogue gives distances of 3.3 km to Galata Tower, 3.4 km to Istiklal Avenue, 4.2 km to the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia, 4.5 km to the Blue Mosque and 41 km to Istanbul Airport.
