Ahteran is a residential project with a shopping street by Gul Insaat in Esenyurt, on the European side of Istanbul. The complex stands on Dogan Arasli Boulevard in the Ardicli neighborhood, on the edge of Bahcesehir, and the developer markets it under the Bahcesehir name. Akbati shopping mall is about 1 km to the northwest.

Gul Insaat is an Istanbul developer that, according to its catalogue, has been building since 1980. Ahteran covers about 25,000 sqm and has 304 apartments in eight mid-rise blocks, which the site plan divides into 18 sections from A1 to H2. The blocks are set around a large central courtyard, and the ground floor along the boulevard is a continuous row of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The project is finished. The developer's drone and street photos show the completed blocks, the landscaped courtyard with its pool, playground and sports court, and the shop fronts along the boulevard. The developer is still selling apartments in the project.

The floor plans show 2+1 apartments from 113.06 to 143.86 sqm gross (83.96 to 104.45 sqm net) and 3+1 apartments of 171.99 and 175.40 sqm gross (123.82 and 130.59 sqm net). Most layouts have two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and every layout has at least one balcony. The developer's current sales list also includes 1+1 apartments, for which no floor plan was provided. Photos of a finished 2+1 show built-in wardrobes in the entrance hall, marble-look floor tiles and a fitted kitchen with a built-in oven, hob and dishwasher.

The developer's catalogue lists a spa, sauna and Turkish bath, children's playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor activity areas for all ages. The central courtyard has gardens, an outdoor swimming pool, a children's playground and a basketball court, and the shopping street along the boulevard covers daily needs with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Dogan Arasli Boulevard is one of the main roads of Esenyurt. Akbati shopping mall is about 2 km away by road and Esenyurt's central square about 3 km to the south. Istanbul Airport is about 44 km away by road.
