Description
Favorist Gol Evleri, which the developer also calls Favorist Lake Houses, is a residential project with shops in Buyukcekmece, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on Hadimkoy Yolu Caddesi in the Cakmakli neighborhood, the road that runs north toward Hadimkoy, right next to the Metro wholesale market. The developer places it near Buyukcekmece Lake, between the TEM motorway and the E-5 highway, and describes views of the lake and the Sea of Marmara.
The project is developed by MG Gul Insaat (MG Gul Insaat Turizm ve Ticaret A.S.). According to its website, the company has completed more than 20 projects, and it also built the First Avenue shopping mall in the same area.
Favorist Gol Evleri has 253 apartments and 7 commercial units in four blocks, named A to D. Block D lines Hadimkoy Yolu Caddesi with the shops on its ground floor, and Blocks A, B and C face a landscaped garden behind it. The developer says the buildings are designed to the current earthquake regulations.
The four towers have been built to full height. The developer's website gave September 2025 as the planned completion date. That date has passed, so contact us to confirm the current stage of construction and the handover schedule.
The apartments range from 1+1 to 4+1, and the developer quotes sizes of about 60 to 200 sqm. The plans for Block C show a 1+1 garden apartment of 61.15 sqm gross with a 21.75 sqm garden on the ground floor, and a 2+1 of 132.6 sqm gross with two bathrooms and a balcony. The 3+1 apartments there measure 146.85 to 163.7 sqm gross and have an en-suite master bedroom. Ground-floor 3+1 apartments have gardens of about 98 sqm, and those on the 9th and 10th floors have terraces of 35.5 and 28.1 sqm. The developer's current sales list gives 1+1 apartments of 70 to 91 sqm, 2+1 of 117 to 160 sqm, 3+1 of 147 to 183 sqm and 4+1 apartments of 193 sqm.
The site plan shows a landscaped garden with walking paths and gazebos, two outdoor swimming pools, a children's playground, a tennis court and two more sports courts. The developer also lists smart home systems, en-suite bathrooms, guest WCs and wide balconies.
The Metro wholesale market is next door. The developer puts the TUYAP exhibition center and the First Avenue mall about 3 km away. Istanbul Airport is about 52 km away by road.
