CCT 624 Boulevard Istanbul Project

Boulevard Istanbul is a mixed-use building with apartments, offices and shops in Beykent, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on Yavuz Sultan Selim Bulvari in the Pinartepe neighborhood of Buyukcekmece, close to the district line with Beylikduzu. The developer puts the Perlavista shopping mall about 100 meters away and Beykent University and Beylikduzu State Hospital about 200 meters away, and notes several international schools in the area.

The project is developed by Vizor Grup and Faraz Grup, two Ankara-based companies whose names appear together on the sales documents and floor plans. The plan sheets also carry the logo of Vizor's architecture and engineering office.

Boulevard Istanbul is a single block of seven floors. Faraz Grup gives the land area as about 10,000 sqm and counts 254 independent units in total, used as offices, a shopping mall section and residences. According to the developer's floor plans, the homes are on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors, with 37 apartments on each floor, or 111 apartments in all. The developer lists commercial units of about 48 to 371 sqm and offices of about 76 to 298 sqm, and the roof floor plans show two restaurant spaces of about 512 and 519 sqm, each with a large roof terrace.

Vizor Grup lists Boulevard Istanbul among its completed projects. The developer's sales sheet gave 30 November 2025 as the delivery date.

The residential floor plans show apartments from studios (1+0) to 3.5+1, most of them studios, 1+1 and 2+1 units. The developer's sales sheet gives about 67 to 95 sqm for studios, 76 to 96 sqm for 1+1, 117 to 166 sqm for 2+1 and 170 to 195 sqm for 3+1 apartments. The individual plan sheets list smaller gross areas for the same types, so the sales-sheet figures probably include a share of the common areas: the 1.5+1 plan measures 85.7 sqm gross (75.7 sqm net) with two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the 3+1 plans measure 112.3 to 114.8 sqm gross with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The developer advertises sea, lake and city views.

Faraz Grup lists a 24-hour reception and security service, sports areas of about 500 sqm and a car park for more than 100 cars.

The developer puts the E-5 highway and the main metrobus station about 2 minutes away, and Kiyi Marina and the beach about 5 minutes away. On the map, the Beykent metrobus stop on the E-5 is about 600 meters from the building. Istanbul Airport is about 58 km away by road.
