Orman Istanbul is a residential project in the Hamidiye neighborhood of Kagithane, on the European side of Istanbul. The developer gives its address as Halay Sokak in Hamidiye. The site lies just south of the TEM (O-2) motorway near the Hasdal junction, in an area the developer describes as directly opposite Vadi Istanbul, and the developer says the apartments look out over the forest toward the Belgrad Forest.

The project is a joint venture of Imperium Gayrimenkul ve Insaat A.S., an Istanbul developer founded in 2015 that also built Imperium No1 Residence in Kagithane, and Reliance Insaat.

Orman Istanbul is planned in three stages on about 20,000 sqm of land. The first stage stands on a plot of about 5,000 sqm, of which the developer says about 75% is given over to green areas and social facilities, and consists of two blocks with 110 apartments. According to the developer, the blocks stand on rocky ground above five levels of parking and have energy class B. Construction started in December 2022 with handover first planned for December 2024; the developer's website says residents began moving in during the last quarter of 2025.

The apartments range from 2+1 to 4+1. The 2+1 homes come in two layouts: one with an open kitchen in the living room (67.5 sqm net, 122 sqm gross) and one with a separate kitchen and a balcony (83 sqm net, 143 sqm gross), both with two bathrooms. The 3+1 apartments have 113.5 sqm net and 199 sqm gross, with a separate kitchen opening onto a balcony, a large main bedroom and two bathrooms. On the lowest floors are two-level garden lofts with a 140 sqm garden terrace: a 3+1 of 266 sqm net (360 sqm gross) with a maid's room, a laundry room and a dressing room, and a 4+1 of 185 sqm net (270 sqm gross). Every apartment has a storage room of about 5 to 10 sqm according to the floor plans, and the developer allocates parking spaces according to the number of rooms in each home.

Outdoors, the landscaped grounds have aromatic plant and camellia gardens, wooded walking paths, ornamental pools, children's playgrounds and a basketball court, with 24-hour security. Indoor facilities include a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna and a gym.

The developer lists the Nurtepe metro station about 2 km away, the Kagithane station of the M11 Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport metro line about 2.7 km away, the Caglayan metrobus stop 3.4 km away and the Mecidiyekoy station of the M2 line 4 km away. It puts the TEM motorway about 3 minutes away by car, Maslak, Vadi Istanbul and Istinye Park about 5 minutes, Zorlu Center 6 minutes, and Nisantasi, the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and the Belgrad Forest about 10 minutes. Istanbul Atlas University is about 600 meters away, Istinye University 1.4 km and Liv Hospital 1.9 km, according to the developer. Istanbul Airport is about 30 km away by road; the developer gives 20 minutes.
